ITAP Tools and Applications Overview
ITAP uses tools to collect data to inform our consulting and development solutions. These tools include:
The Hofstede Culture in the Workplace Questionnaire™ - The Hofstede Culture in the Workplace Questionnaire™ (Hofstede CWQ) is based on the seminal cultural research of Dr. Geert Hofstede. ITAP licenses the Hofstede CWQ from ODE Consulting® Pte. Ltd. The Hofstede CWQ is the only instrument endorsed by Dr. Hofstede. ODE Consulting's licensed CW Partners and Global Resource Team members have worldwide exclusive rights to its use and are approved to represent Dr. Hofstede's research. This instrument is useful to provide individual profiles, team profiles and for research on the impact of culture.
ITAP’s Team Process Questionnaire System – This consists of three instruments:
1. The Global Team Process Questionnaire™ (GTPQ) - The GTPQ provides a baseline for global teams' and against that baseline, companies can measure change, identify areas for improvement, compare their results to industry averages, and measure the successes needed to figure out the actual return on investment. 2. Organizational Team Process Questionnaire™ (OTPQ) - The OTPQ, appropriate for local/domestic teams, provides a baseline for global teams' and against that baseline, companies can measure change, identify areas for improvement, compare their results to industry averages, and measure the successes needed to figure out the actual return on investment.
3. Action Learning Team Process Questionnaire™ (ALTPQ) - developed in concert with Strategic Learning Scenarios, Inc. the ALTPQ is designed to assess the group dynamics of action learning sets/teams. The ALTPQ allows the facilitator/leader of the action learning program to assess both the extent to which the team is operating effectively and the perceived value of the learning taking place.
